Separation of Church and State: Thirty Ideas

  1. It was never intended that the Federal Government have anything to do with addressing the questions of church or religion

  2. The original constitution in America was a contract of limited scope, its delegated powers defined by its proviso.

  3. The present US government does not even vaguely resemble the government established by the original constitution of America.

  4. The executive branch has usurped lawmaking capacity through the executive order.

  5. The Supreme court has turned itself into a religious body.

  6. The Supreme court is the supreme body of a nameless national religion.

  7. Humanism, secularism, and agnosticism are its pretended philosophies

  8. The nameless national religion is possible because the Christian people adopted sectarian civil society as their modus operandi.

  9. Sectarian communities resulted because the Christian people failed to conform to the word of God.

  10. The ten amendments were just reminders that the federal government had no business interfering with other jurisdictions -political and ecclesiastical

  11. The states were to follow the same policy. "No state shall make any law impairing the obligation of contracts.

  12. The ninth and tenth amendments make it clear that the federal government has no business interfering with the primary civil process.

  13. The people cannot maintain their rights without local self-government by contract.

  14. Civil laws and the power to make them is through civil societies established by contract

  15. The people of America failed to enter into functional contracts of self-government.

  16. The federal and state governments accordingly usurped the civil power that the people failed to constitute.

  17. You cannot separate the civil power of law from church and religion, they are indivisible!

  18. If the national religion is not Christianity, it is another religion

  19. The Federal government is created because of religion and through the power of religion.

  20. The Federal government is always an establishment of religion.

  21. The sovereign people purportedly created the Federal government and gave it limited and general powers

  22. If the Federal government passes even one civil law, it has violated the first amendment -and the ninth and tenth.

  23. If the Federal government passes even one civil law, there no longer exists limits as to how many civil laws it can pass.

  24. The Federal government is to pass resolutions to govern itself and carry out its limited powers.

  25. The Federal government is to pass general laws that pertain to general jurisdictions -not civil laws that regulate individuals.

  26. The states and other countries, in their political capacity, are the jurisdictions that the federal government is to have a limited legal relationship with.

  27. We the people have failed to govern ourselves according to the Word of God.

  28. The present slavery system of government is our self imposed punishment for not choosing to obey God.

  29. We are in deep shit!

  30. God will return to us if we return to Him.
